Host is not living in the accommodation. Please DO NOT send your luggage in advance to avoid trouble with guests who are staying. We don't accept any responsibility for the items that you couldn't receive, lost and stolen.
Lost items will be stored for two weeks. If we do not get any contact from you after 2 weeks, your item will be disposed of, so please contact us as soon as possible. Additionally, our facility will not contact you regarding lost items, so please be sure to check all of your belongings before checking out.
Please cooperate with sorting garbage and putting them together. There are instructions on the garbage can. You can dispose of plastics, and combustible garbage all together. Putting glass bottles and cans together will be fine. Please put PET bottles in the designated trash bin. Please let us know if you want us to collect garbage when you stay more than 3 consecutive days. Cardboard cannot be collected. Please take them home by yourself.
Please use accommodation carefully. In case damage occurs such as damage to property during your stay, we claim for the damages. In case of damage, please contact us.
Equipment and supplies are intended for using in the accommodation. Please refrain from taking them out. In case equipment is lost, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
It is prohibited to bring in tools other than provided, such as hot plates, stoves, or indoor playground equipment that may be damaged rooms.
